Learners understand complex texts and discussions across various topics. They communicate fluently and accurately, use implicit meaning effectively, and present ideas clearly with well-structured arguments.
6. C2 – Proficient
The highest CEFR level. Learners demonstrate near-native or native-level proficiency. They understand and express complex ideas fluently, accurately, and confidently, even in nuanced or sensitive discussions.
