SCHOOL FEES
1. FEES UPON ADMISSION
Families are required to pay the following fees upon enrolling their child at PBISS:
1.1. Application Fee
This fee covers all administrative costs associated with the admissions process, including entrance assessments, interviews, the review of school reports, and general processing. It is non-refundable if the applicant does not meet the entry requirements.

1.2. Admissions Fee
This one-time, non-refundable fee is required to confirm a student’s place at the school. It must be paid within one week of accepting an offer and before the student starts.

1.3. Refundable Security Deposit
The security deposit is required for all students joining PBISS. It serves as a financial safeguard for the school and is refundable upon a student’s withdrawal, provided that all outstanding fees have been settled and a minimum of one full term’s written notice has been given. This approach helps ensure a fair and consistent process for all families.

1.4. English Language Support (ELS) Fee*
*ELS is a mandatory programme for students identified through internal or entrance assessments as needing additional English support. Students assigned to ELS are required to attend, and the ELS fee is charged in addition to tuition.

Tuition fees include school books (excluding Years 9–13), school trips (some of which may incur additional costs), on-premises school accident coverage (up to 30,000 THB per incident, applicable only to accidents occurring on campus or during school-related activities), educational resources, lunches, and snacks.
The tuition fee is non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined in the PBISS International School Refund Policy, which is an integral part of our application form.
2. OTHER FEES
- School Uniform - All students are expected to wear the official school uniform, available for purchase at the school office.
- ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) for Primary - Parents may enroll their children in activities held from 15:10 to 16:00 each day. ECA fees are paid separately at the school office.
- School Bus Fees - PBISS provides a school bus service with limited availability. Fees vary depending on the route. Current pricing can be obtained from the school office.
- The cost of IGCSE and A-Level examination fees is the responsibility of the parents.
3. REGULAR DISCOUNTS FOR the 26/27 SCHOOL YEAR
- Sibling Discount – 10% off for the second child, 20% off for the third and beyond (also applies to mid-term enrollments).
- Yearly Payment Discount – 5% off total tuition for full-year advance payment (three terms).
